Natalie Buck

Consultant Manager / Artistic Director

I'm Natalie and I've been working with Nirvana for 4 years now and can honestly say I really do enjoy my job. Last year after working extremely hard with Wella and their great team in education, I passed my master colour programme and became one of Nirvana salons mce's. I enjoy all aspects of colour, definitely if its a colour correction.

I've been hairdressing for many years and now really understand what really works for my clients individually. Hopefully within the next year I am going to go back to college and became an assessor, so I can help others with the further education.

Stephanie Arnold

Trainee Manager / Stylist

On returning to England after a working holiday in Australia, I was keen to begin a career in hairdressing. After doing my work experience in Nirvana in 2009, I am pleased to be able to return to the salon to do my training. I am looking forward to learn all aspects of styling and colouring and working towards a colomn of my own.

Creative Stylist

I started hairdressing in 2006 and after qualifying I moved to nirvana February this year, I'm finding it really fascinating working with Wella as this is the first Wella salon I have worked in.

I am looking forward to learning more about colouring and the products and developing my skills within the salon and as a hairdresser.

I also enjoy all aspects of hairdressing especially transforming clients looks and moods.

Creative Stylist

Hi I'm Lucy. Having done my training in 2008 at nirvana in Winchester and working as a qualified hairdresser for 5 and a half years I am back in the Winchester salon after being on maternity leave. I love working with wella, a top brand to the hairdressing industry. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing including colouring, cutting, perming and many more. I am very keen on learning and also trying new trends but also enjoy building up a close bond with my clients and learning what works with their hair and lifestyle. I hope to build up my career by doing lots of courses and becoming a master colour expert.

After doing a year in hairdressing, getting salon experience and doing my nvq level 1, I am excited to start working at nirvana and begin my level 2. I'm looking forward to having clients of my own and learning how to style and finish hair. As well as learning about the products and colour within wella.
